Notice Pocket is an educational Ontario landlord companion (OSL / N4 / N12 helpers). It is not legal advice and is not affiliated with the Landlord and Tenant Board or Tribunals Ontario.

What we collect

Form draft content you enter in the app (lease/notice fields) — stored on-device by default
Purchase/restore status for the optional Notice Pack in-app purchase (via Apple/Google)
Basic device/app diagnostics if you enable crash reporting later

How we use information

To generate drafts and PDF exports you request
To unlock paid export features you purchase
To respond to support requests at info@melk.ca

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Apple and Google process IAP transactions under their policies. Official Ontario/LTB links you open are governed by those sites.

Retention & deletion

On-device drafts remain until you delete them or uninstall. To request deletion of any account-linked support data, email info@melk.ca with subject “Notice Pocket privacy request”.

Children

Notice Pocket is intended for adults managing rental properties, not for children under 13.
