Messages sent through contact forms or the lead chat widget are used to follow up on your inquiry. Keep sensitive financial credentials out of chat; share those only through secure channels you trust.
Retention
Inquiry records are kept as long as needed to provide service, meet legal or professional obligations, and resolve disputes, then deleted or archived according to ordinary business practice.

Farshad Fazaeli is a Real Estate Salesperson registered with the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO), registration #5032054, trading under International Realty Firm, Inc., Brokerage, 120 East Beaver Creek Rd #200, Richmond Hill, ON L4B 4V1. This website is operated by Farshad Fazaeli as a salesperson, not directly by the brokerage. Real estate services are provided through the brokerage in accordance with Ontario's Trust in Real Estate Services Act (TRESA) and RECO requirements, and any representation relationship is created only by a written agreement with the brokerage. This site is not intended to solicit buyers or sellers currently under a written contract with another brokerage.
This policy is written in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Effective date: October 17, 2026.
